The objective of this course is to equip you with the interpersonal skills necessary to ease and optimize your workplace interactions.
During our time together, we’ll study 8 classic styles of workplace behavior (Commander, Drifter, Attacker, Pleaser, Performer, Avoider, Analytical, Achiever).
You’ll learn how to:
Recognize each style quickly
Understand how to best motivate each style
Provide effective feedback to each style
Leverage your risk to the specific ways in which each style can make you vulnerable depending on whether they’re your superior or your subordinate
Customize your approach to each style to ease and optimize effective workplace interactions
