TIM WALKUP, our Vice President of Client Services has more than ten years of Human Resource and Operational experience in Fortune 500 and non-profit organizations. His areas of expertise include performance management design, incentive compensation and developing programs to recruit and retain employees for small organizations.

He is a frequent speaker on a variety of topics including wage and hour issues, HR in small companies and recruiting and retaining employees.

Tim earned his Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University and holds certifications in both Professionals in Human Resources (PHR) and Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
