Economically, organizationally, functionally or personally, we’ve all faced unwelcome change.  Whether or not we prevail, and the ease with which we prevail, has a lot to do with how we respond to what we “didn’t see coming”.

This session provides practical, realistic advice to help you move quickly from the immobilization caused by unforeseen change to stabilization despite perpetual change.  You’ll learn:

• How to develop your own key results grid in response to change
• How to mine opportunities that are hidden within unwelcome change
