Francie is founder and president of Dalton Alliances, LLC, a premier C-level consultancy specializing in leadership development, operational management, performance measurement, and the behavioral sciences.
Among her offerings are fully customized assessments such as 360-degree evaluations and key stakeholder surveys, as well as an array of curated follow-up services including developmental workshops, pivotal interventions, business consulting and intensive executive coaching.
A wartime veteran of the U.S. Army Military Intelligence Service, Francie spent 4.5 years on active duty. She then earned her master’s in business from Johns Hopkins University. After 6 years building her professional portfolio as an executive in specialty steel manufacturing and technical sales, she earned backing from the prestigious Kauffman Institute of Entrepreneurship and launched her consultancy in 1991.
In 2009, Francie earned the coveted CMC (Certified Management Consultant). She continues to maintain the designation which is conferred to fewer than 12% of management consultants globally.
Since 2019, in addition to managing the growth of her consulting practice, Francie continues to serve as Adjunct Faculty and Capstone Advisor for the Master’s Program in HR at Georgetown University where she earned the Tropaia Award for Outstanding Faculty.
Domestically, Francie’s clients include both trade and professional associations as well as corporations, the U.S. Military and the federal government, including Presidential Management Fellows and Senior Executive Staff (SES). Her international clients include individuals and organizations in Belgium, Canada, Egypt, England, Jordan, Mexico, and United Arab Emirates.
Francie’s work in leadership has been featured in scores of industry and trade publications, including Harvard Management Update, the New York Times, Investor’s Business Daily, The Washington Post, CEO Magazine, the peer reviewed Journal of Association Leadership, the Journal of Compensation and Benefits and many more. Her book, Versatility, has been published in both the US and China.
